How can I contact customer service?

In case of any doubt our team is available for you.

You can contact us by email at emebeauty@mariamaiagroup.com or through our social networks. For questions related to return requests, you can contact us using the form available on the website or using the email address provided for this purpose: emebeauty@mariamaiagroup.com.

Our team is available to help you on business days from Monday to Friday, between 10am and 6pm, and we guarantee a response within 48 business hours.

Can I cancel or edit my order once it has been placed?

Once placed, orders cannot be edited. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure all shipping information, items and quantities are correct.

You can request a cancellation while your order has not yet been processed by submitting the cancellation form available on our Exchanges, Returns & Cancellations page. Please note that we cannot guarantee your order will be cancelled. We will update you via email as soon as possible.

Where can I get ÈME Beauty?

You can shop ÈME Beauty online at mariamaiabeauty.com and caretobeauty.com. You can also find us in selected Perfumes & Companhia stores across Portugal:

Cascais Shopping, Oeiras, Colombo, Vasco da Gama, Braga Parque, Vila do Conde, NorteShopping, Mar Shopping, Espaço Guimarães, Forum Almada, Forum Coimbra, Alegro Alfragide, UBBO, Alegro Sintra and Viseu.

Are ÈME Beauty products allowed for resale?

No. ÈME Beauty products are for personal use only and cannot be resold or redistributed.

Any commercial resale, bundle creation, repackaging or distribution without written authorization from ÈME Beauty is strictly prohibited.

Shipping & Returns

Can we get ÈME Beauty internationally?

Of course! ÈME Beauty ships internationally.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

For orders over €50 shipping is free, for orders under €50 shipping rates vary by country and will be determined at checkout. Free shipping on orders over €50 only applies to mainland Portugal.

How do I make a return?

How long will my order take to be shipped?

We work to process each order as quickly as possible.

For orders whose delivery address is in Mainland Portugal, the estimated shipping time is 6-8 working days. For the Portuguese Islands, Azores and Madeira, estimated shipping time is 6-5 working days.

For orders whose destination is outside Portugal, shipping times are extended and options are generally between 7-9 working days.

After the order is dispatched from our facilities, you will receive a notification by email or telephone with delivery information.

Please note that these shipping deadlines do not apply to pre-sale items and, in these cases, the expected shipping deadlines will be longer. For each item available for pre-sale, we share detailed information regarding expected shipping times, through the item description.

Payments

What forms of payment does ÈME Beauty accept?

We strive for a safe shopping experience and, for this reason, we raise the issue that all transactions take place on platforms recognized nationally or internationally for their compensation and security and that all payments have an extra security method.

On our website you can choose to pay for your orders using one of the following methods: Credit card, PayPal, seQura, MBWAY and Apple Pay.

Does ÈME Beauty test on animals?

Never. ÈME Beauty is a cruelty-free brand.

Is there a Pro Discount for makeup artists?

Currently, we do not have a pro discount for makeup artists, but we’ll let you know if it happens. The best way to stay tuned is to sign up for our newsletter.

Can children use ÈME Beauty products?

Our products are formulated for general use, but they should always be kept out of reach of children.

ÈME Beauty does not recommend the use of our products on young children without adult supervision. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.

Always store all cosmetics safely and away from minors.
