Exchanges, Returns, and Cancellations

Fast and hassle-free exchanges, returns, and cancellations. Easily submit your request through our online form for quick processing and a seamless experience.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange your item(s) for any reason, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to send or deliver them to our facilities (prior scheduling required and subject to availability).

To start the exchange process, you must complete the exchange form available at: https://mariamaiabeauty.com/pages/exchanges-returns-cancellations and wait for our team’s response via email with the next steps.

Please check the available items on our website before requesting an exchange.

Special conditions for perfumes:

Each European Summer perfume includes a fragrance sample so customers can experience the scent before opening the product.

For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes that have been opened, used, unsealed, or had their protective seal removed are not eligible for exchange.

We strongly recommend trying the included sample first before opening the perfume. Once the perfume seal is removed or the product is opened, exchanges will no longer be accepted.

Items must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use or visible damage.
  • It must be in its original packaging, properly sealed.
  • It should be accompanied by the original bag/box with the shipping label. If the original packaging is unavailable, you must include your name and order number inside the package (e.g., Name Surname #00000).
  • The recipient of the return must be "MARIA MAIA - WHITE DEER."

Once your order arrives at our facilities, we will process the exchange as soon as possible and update you via email.

After the exchange is validated via email and, if applicable, a refund is authorized, the amount may take a few days to reflect in your bank account, depending on external factors beyond ÈME Beauty’s control. The refund period is up to 14 business days.

Please note that only the value of the returned item(s) will be refunded (if applicable). Shipping fees for your order, as well as return shipping costs, will only be refunded in exceptional cases, such as receiving a damaged item or an incorrect product.
