All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services.

3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
We accept payment via major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout.
All transactions are secure and encrypted.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped from Portugal.
We currently ship to Portugal and other eligible countries listed at checkout.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
ÈME Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by external couriers or customs.
5. Returns & Refunds
You may return products within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned.
Please note that issues affecting only the outer packaging, without any impact on the product itself, do not qualify for refunds, replacements, or the shipment of additional products.

6. Promotions & Discounts
Promotions are valid for a limited time and subject to change or cancellation without notice.
Only one promotional code may be used per order, unless otherwise specified.
Discount codes are not cumulative and cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.

All ÈME Beauty products purchased through our website or official retail partners are intended strictly for personal use.
